Field Technician

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers when they arrive at service center
  2. Understand customer issue
  3. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  4. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  5. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  6. Produce timely and detailed service reports
  7. Document processes
  8. Cooperate with technical team and share information whenever required
  9. Tie workflow to schedule
  10. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  11. Build positive relationships with customers
  12. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  13. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

Salary: 2.0 LPA – 2.5 LPA
