Service Coordinator


1. Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
2. Re-check & confirm the details captured in the report are correct
3. Check the Diagnose process done at Front end team and order the required part
4. Provide customers with in-depth information about available OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options
5. Timely updates to customer about repair progress
6. Having regular check on Open repairs & ensure timely closure
7. Active check & timely revert on mails received
8. Ability to know about the Revenue Target – Achieved Vs Shortfall
9. Answer customer query’s – If required
10. Knowledge on Latest Product News & Software updates
11. Having responsibility taken in achieving Revenue Target given to Front End Technician
12. Required foresee on escalations, immediately escalate to Apple or reporting head.
13. Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve Customer Satisfaction rating.
14. Cooperate with Entire team and share information across whenever required
15. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

Salary: 2.5 LPA – 3 LPA
