Back End Operations


  1. Re-check & confirm the details captured in the report are correct
  2. Check the Diagnose process done at Front end team and order the required part
  3. Replace the spare part & re-diagnose the device
  4. Repairs to be done within the stipulated committed time to customer
  5. Timely updates to customer about repair progress
  6. Pre delivery Inspection
  7. Answer customer query’s – If required
  8. Knowledge on Latest Product News & Software updates
  9. Having responsibility taken in achieving Revenue Target by convincing the customer
  10. Required foresee on escalations, immediately escalate to Apple or reporting head.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve Customer Satisfaction rating.
  12. Cooperate with Entire team and share information across whenever required
  13. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

Salary: 2.0 LPA – 2.5 LPA
